Results of Tests and Investigations
For blood tests, urine samples and swab results please ring the surgery 5-7 working days after your investigation to obtain your result. Other test requests such as radiology results can take longer. Please ring 0161 271 3040 option 3 Between 15:00 and 17:00 for test results, no test results will be given out of these hours, and you will be asked to ring back.
Please note we do not routinely call patients to update them of their result however we will contact the patient by telephone, text or by letter if the result is abnormal and they require treatment or further investigation.
Once the Doctor has reviewed your test results, you can also view them.
To view your test results please use the NHS app. ( through the NHS App or the NHS website ).
